Thomas White brings a plethora of experience in writing over a multitude of different mediums in various styles. He has served high school groups with winds/percussion arranging, jazz arranging, design coordination, and drill design. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music at the University of North Texas in 2023 where he studied music composition and took classes in jazz arranging. Thomas also participated in the Louisiana Stars Drum & Bugle Corps as a drum major and euphonium player.
Thomas began writing for college and high school marching bands in 2018, and has worked with different design teams throughout the years. 2024 was his inaugural year as a drill designer under the mentorship and lead of Scott Rankin. Thomas has also done technician work for high school bands around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Luke Hahn will bring a wide variety of experience to your percussion arrangements. As a previous band and percussion director, his experience adds to your band program design with arrangements that showcase not only your students’ skills, but ones that also comprehensively support the sound of the overall marching band. During his time as a director, Luke’s arrangements for his own percussion sections were so successful he advanced them to Texas AAAA state finals, and he looks forward to aiding your band program in similar ways as well.
While studying under educators like Paul Rennick, Mark Ford, and Christopher Deane for his Bachelor’s in Music Education from the University of North Texas, he performed in a variety of concert and marching ensembles. From smaller cultural ensembles such as the 2 O’Clock Steel Band and South Indian Drumming, to larger classical ensembles like the UNT Symphonic Band and Mark Ford’s North Texas Percussion Ensemble, Luke has a plethora of percussion expertise to draw from when writing your shows. To further add to his percussion studies and experience, Luke also spent two seasons as a member of the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps in the front ensemble section. Luke now serves full time as the Worship Director at Calvary Chapel Paris in Paris, Texas, where he raises his sons Xander (age 3) and Theo (age 1) alongside his wife Emily.

Robert D. Bush is an accomplished music educator, audio technician, and military veteran. Originally from Mississippi, Robert relocated to Central Florida in 2023. He previously taught at South Jones High School in Mississippi, where he helped lead the band program to remarkable success, including three consecutive 5A State Marching Band Championships, Bands of America Regional Grand Championships, WGI Scholastic Winds Open Grand Champion among other titles. Over the past decade, he has worked with multiple marching bands and indoor ensembles across Mississippi and Florida, earning gold, silver, and bronze medals, and competing in the prestigious WGI Championships in Dayton, Ohio.
Robert holds an Associate’s degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, where he studied under Dr. John Wooton. During his time at USM, Robert performed in a variety of ensembles, sharing the stage with renowned musicians like Andy Narell and Horacio "El Negro" Hernandez. He was also featured on Vic Firth’s Education Spotlight in 2014.
In addition to his music career, Robert served as a crew chief and mechanic in the Mississippi Army National Guard, deploying to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He later transferred to the 41st Army Band, where he continues to serve as a percussionist and leader in various capacities. Robert is currently an Audio Technician and Sales Representative at SyncedUpAudio, providing audio equipment, consultation, and rental services. He also works as an Audio Technician for Technical Entertainment at Universal Studios Orlando.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys strength training, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their four pets; Echo, Beesley, Jameson, and Luna.

Scott graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a Music Education degree in 1998. With a passion for the marching arts, his fourth year of DCI he became a soloist for the Blue Devils and was named as MVP. Scott returned to DCI as a visual instructor for the Bluecoats, and later as brass staff for the Cadets of Bergen County.
As a Texas band director, Scott had the privilege of working with many excellent competitive programs including Coppell high school. He’s been a judge, clinician, Pyware consultant & support tech and previous owner of a show design company where he facilitated the design of appx. fifty to one hundred marching shows per year.
His performance, teaching/clinician, visual and drill design experience is far-reaching. Drawing upon this expertise, Scott creates very competitive shows that are efficient (easy to teach, easy to learn) and highly effective.
